Like our menus, our wine by the glass program is seasonal. Our belief is that although wine can be enjoyed everyday, certain wines with a particular dish at a particular time of year can be that much more enjoyable. A glass of prosecco with thinly sliced prosciutto on a sunny afternoon; a hearty glass of Barolo with fresh picked ‘chiudini’ mushrooms with tagliatelle in the fall; a sip of amarone on a cold night with parmigiano and great conversation – that is what the Italians have been doing for centuries!

The introduction of the quartino allows our guests an opportunity to explore the wine and food pairings suggested on our menus. One quartino (qrto) is equivalent to approximately 9.5 oz or one and a half glasses. Salute!
