Olivoro Olio Extra Virgine di Toscana
Our own imported extra virgin olive oil from the hills of Buti, Tuscany. Cold pressed and first press, this oil is bottled exclusively for Ristorante Verdicchio. Slightly peppery, with a delicate olive flavour, it is great for drizzling over fresh greens. Available in 250ml, 500ml and 1litre bottles.

Olivoro’s unfiltered extra virgin olive oil - 0.5 acidity.
Il Gusto Balsamic Vinaigrette
Chef Marconi’s balsamic vinaigrette, made in-house, with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and fresh herbs.
